EVENT: HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY 2 RCCG CONGRESS 2018.

 

 

We reported that the Day 1 of the Rccg Congress started and ended in a unique way  with powerful ministrations from Music ministers to the resounding word that was shared to us by God’s own Anointed Vessels.

Well, we are back to give you a run down of what happened on Day 2 of the congress.

The programme started at about 4:00pm with a  powerful ministration by the Mass Choir, followed by offering, then at 4:30pm, a one-hour talk and discussions started, this session was divided into four parts which includes: starting your business with less than 100,000 , preservation of agricultural produce, All-season vegetable farming and Basic security checklist & family, it was an Impactful Session.

Afterwards the evening programme started around 6:00pm with the prayer & Intercession by the Anointed Man of God, Pastor Charles Achonwa and at 7:00pm the Perfected Praise Singers started the program with intense worship session, that brought the crowd to the front of the Altar with a lot of dancing and excitement.

Next, the first talk held by Dr Oke Onuzo who is the Senior pastor FourSquare church, he spoke on the message titled”The Path of the Just”, he took his bible verse from Luke 2 verse 32, he explained that If we will worship God with all that we have, we will flourish.

After that powerful session, Special Assistant to the General Overseer on Evangelism, Pastor J.T Kalejaiye, led us through an Intense prayer session coupled with the Word of God, the message was titled “All power belongs to Jesus” taking his bible verse from psalm 62 verse 11 and Mathew 28 verse 11 , he mentioned that to go far in life , one must reject the Devil’s offer.

He further explained the weapons that can be used as children of God which includes: His Name(Philippians 2 vs 1-10, Mark 16 vs 17-18), Blood of Jesus(1 John 1 vs 7), Word of God(Hebrews 4 vs 12) His Hands (Luke 7, 5 vs 13).

At about 9:10pm, it was time to give an offering to God, after the offering session was  time for Testimony, A woman testified to God for curing her of Breast Cancer which posed a great threat to her and family and then a woman also testified to God for granting her the fruit of the womb after the doctor declared her barren, now the Lord has blessed her with Five beautiful Children.

At  about 9:40pm, the Mass choir of the RCCG led the congregation through the congress’ hymn, followed by the reverberating minstrel  Pastor Kunle Ajayi who ushered in Pastor E.A  Adeboye ,  after worshiping God as his custom, he gave a few announcements which include the number of births which stands at 7; 4 girls and 3 boys, afterwards he commenced his ministration, Pastor Adeboye spoke on the topic titled “A Branch Of The Life”, he took his bible verse from John 15 vs 1.

He explained the Branch to be a combination of Humanity & Divinity, he went ahead to say that the Branch can do nothing except by the ability supplied by the Vine-John 14 vs 10.

“Every Branch can do everything that the vine can, because He (vine) supplies all to the branch”.  After the ministrations He led some prayers and then brought the programme to an end.
